Returns. In spite of your best effort and ours, it might be necessary to return items for any of several reasons. You never have to worry. Simply call your customer service associate or account manager to arrange for pick up of the items you are returning within 30 days of receipt. No cost, no questions, no hassle for any routine office supply item. (For your safety we are not allowed to accept returned food, beverages, or other ingestible items.) Furniture and special order items are returnable for damage, defect, or our error.
