This web site and its entire contents are owned by or contracted to MDM Office Systems, Inc. which trades as Standard Office Supply and Standard Business Furniture, hereinafter referred to as the Company. The Company makes the web site available for informational purposes and as a convenient service tool for its customers. The Company will not be liable for any errors, inaccuracies, malfunctions, failures, or any other condition of the site, nor will it be liable for any damages whatsoever that may arise from any of these conditions, from its use, or from the use of any information contained on the site. The Company reserves the right to change or have changed any and all elements of the site and its contents including prices shown, without prior notice.
The site contains over 35,000 separate items, each with descriptions and pricing data. Some of this data is provided to the Company by third parties such as manufacturers, wholesalers, and distributors. Should errors arise in any of this data, including description, price of any product, the selling unit, etc., the Company will endeavor to make corrections promptly, but will not honor incorrect prices or quantities. It expressly reserves the right to correct data including price and quantity at time of fulfillment of an order, or to reject any order at its sole discretion.
The Company delivers most routine office products orders on a next business day basis in the Washington DC metropolitan area when those orders are placed by 4:00 p.m. on any business day. Unusually large quantities, selected items like Information Technology products, and other pluggables, furniture, and educational supplies will take longer and will be scheduled for delivery.
Delivery is free for orders of more than $50 delivered in the Washington DC metropolitan area. For orders delivered elsewhere, freight will be added to the price at the current applicable UPS rates. Delivery of furniture items may incur a charge, and this charge will be quoted based on order size or delivery requirements.
By using the site, each user indicates full acceptance of the terms and conditions stipulated herein and has the authority to accept these conditions personally or on behalf of any organization, institution, or person on whose behalf the site is used.
